The chaos began when an assailant unleashed a barrage of bullets in a residential flat, only to proceed and conduct a second shooting inside a neighboring medical facility. In the wake of these incidents, fires ignited in both the flat and the medical center, though they have since been subdued.
In response to the violent spree, elite police squads swarmed the medical facility, embarking on a mission to locate the shooter. Reports indicate the suspect was seen donning combat attire and was armed with a handgun.
