During a hearing concerning R. Kelly’s case, the judge ordered the prosecution to return 19 pages of the singer’s handwritten notes seized from his cell. Despite being labeled as ‘legal’ by Kelly, the prosecution argued these notes hinted at potential witness tampering. However, the judge assured that these allegations wouldn’t affect the upcoming bail decision.
