Coleen Rooney is one of the biggest names to enter the I’m A Celebrity camp this year
Abbey Clancy took to Instagram to share her support for Coleen Rooney as she appeared on the new series of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! The show returned to ITV on Sunday evening with ten new celebrities set to take part in bush tucker trials and compete for their chance to be crowned King or Queen of the jungle.
Coleen Rooney is one of the biggest names to enter the show this year. She is joined by the likes of McFly’s Danny Jones, former X Factor judge Tulisa Contostavlos and Strictly Come Dancing star Oti Mabuse.
Coleen, who is married to former Everton striker Wayne Rooney, made national headlines after she accused Rebekah Vardy’s Instagram account of selling stories about her to the press. She subsequently won the high profile Wagatha Christie libel battle and has previously spoken about how she hopes to move on from the incident.

Abbey Clancy was among those to show their support for Coleen as she entered the jungle on I’m A Celebrity this evening. Abbey, who is married to former Liverpool FC striker, Peter Crouch, shared a video to her Instagram Story as Coleen appeared on our screens.
She could be heard shouting “Yes Coleen. Go Girl! You’re going to win. Winner, winner” in the video. She was not the only person to predict that Coleen could win the ITV series this year as fans also took to Instagram to have their say.
Yaz Mitchel said: “Queen of the jungle.” Wilko Mark said: “Coleen will probably win, because she’ll keep it real.”
Leanne Rooney said: “Our Queen of the jungle.” Jo Barnes said: “Go in there love and smash them trials and wipe the smile of their faces. Best of luck.”
In a message shared with her Instagram followers this week, Coleen said: “I’ve always said no and put it off because the kids have been young and I’ve had quite a lot on. But this year, I thought, I quite fancy doing it.
“I would like to experience something different, do something for myself, meet new people. I’m looking forward to doing the trials.”
Coleen admitted she was worried about the prospect of leaving behind her children. She added: “Don’t get me wrong. I’m really anxious about leaving the kids. That’s been my biggest thing. I’ve come to terms with it. I’ve planned and prepped.
“I’ve got an army of family and friends all helping out with the kids so they are going to be fine. They are probably going to have a great time while I’m away.”
