Will Kingston has warned Iran may now believe President Donald Trump is “full of empty threats” amid a fragile ceasefire with the Islamic Republic. The GB New star feared the US leader had “played the art of the deal one time too many” with his stance on Tehran and Nato. Discussing President Trump’s threat to Iran that a “civilisation will die” hours before the ceasefire was brokered and warning to Nato he may leave the alliance, Will said: “He didn’t mean that. And if we’re both saying that and all intelligent people are saying that, the Iranians know that as well. “What’s the point in saying it if it’s not going to be step one of the art of the deal, which is to put forward an outrageous position, hope that they believe it and then pull back to something where you get what you want. “My concern is that the Iranians will go: ‘Trump is full of empty threats, and therefore we’re going to hold our ground’,” he cautioned.
