Sejong University inaugurated the On-Sensor AI Optimization Support Center Tuesday at the Daeyang AI Center on its campus, establishing a new industry-academia platform aimed at accelerating artificial intelligence adoption in Korea’s sensor industry. The university said the center was launched as a follow-up to a core technology transfer agreement with N2M, a technology firm specializing in on-sensor artificial intelligence optimization. The opening ceremony was attended by representatives from Korea Evaluation Institute of Industrial Technology (KEIT), Korea Semiconductor Industry Association (KSIA) and Sejong University President Eom Jong-hwa, along with N2M CEO Kim Hyeong-jin. The center runs on AutoOpt Nexus, an intelligent sensor optimization platform developed by Sejong University’s Intelligent Sensor Platform Research Center. The platform provides automated, comprehensive optimization from sensors to AI models, enabling companies to maximize performance without hardware changes. It is also designed to help firms with limited AI experience implement and refine applications with
