President Donald Trump has said he must personally approve the new Supreme Leader as he warns Iran must surrender or face “guaranteed death”. As he backed a Kurdish militant uprising in Iran to aid overthrowing the regime, he dismissed Mojtaba Khamenei, the late Ayatollah’s son, as a successor of the country’s Supreme Leader. On top of this, the US President warned the Islamic Republic’s regime must surrender or they face “guaranteed death” as strikes against Tehran have ramped up over the past days. However, Iran has unleashed its most intense striking yet on Thursday night, with a string of attacks against Israel and US allies in the Gulf, as it further attempts to drag more countries into the conflict.
