Next Tottenham manager odds as new favourite emerges to replace Igor Tudor

Tottenham could be on the hunt for their third manager of the season as speculation continues to mount on Igor Tudor’s future at the club.

A dismal 3-0 home defeat to Nottingham Forest on Sunday saw Spurs fall further towards the Premier League relegation zone.

The north London club now sit just one point outside the bottom three with seven games remaining in the season.

Spurs had hoped that Tudor’s arrival, following the sacking of Thomas Frank, would steer the club away from a relegation dogfight, but the Croatian’s tenure has so far failed to provide any meaningful uplift in form.

Tottenham have picked up one point from five league matches, with their only victory coming against Atletico Madrid in their Champions League last-16 second leg.

And reports suggest that the club are considering a third change in the dugout over the international break as they look to avoid a disastrous relegation from the English top-flight.

Should Tottenham decide to pull the plug on Tudor’s ill-fated spell in charge, the latest odds suggest that former Brighton and Marseille Roberto De Zerbi is the favourite to be hired as the replacement.

Reports over the weekend suggested the Italian would be keen on the job if Spurs were to avoid relegation, but he could well be coaxed into joining early to help ensure that happens.

Elsewhere, former Monaco boss Adi Hutter has risen up the odds sheet in recent days. The 56-year-old was sacked by Monaco earlier this season and has been out of work since.

Sean Dyche remains well-fancied despite being sacked by Nottingham Forest earlier this season, while Ryan Mason and Harry Redknapp are also in the frame, given their Spurs connections.

Mauricio Pochettino is slightly further out at 10/1, with the Argentine unlucky to be parachuted in before the end of the season as he prepares for the World Cup with the United States national team.

Spurs return from the international break with a visit to the Stadium of Light to face Sunderland.

And they could find themselves in the bottom three before kick-off should West Ham get a win against bottom-of-the-table Wolves two days prior.
