MOSCOW (Sputnik) – North Korean leader Kim Jong Un attended a ceremony in Pyongyang over the weekend to inaugurate Saeppyol Street, which honors North Korean soldiers who helped liberate the Russian region of Kursk, the state-run Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) reported on Monday.
