Fans of President Donald Trump’s MAGA movement flipped out on Sunday after celebrities protested Trump’s immigration forces at the 68th Annual Grammy Awards. Celebrities like Billie Eilish, Brandi Carlie, Justin and Hayley Bieber, and country music star Margo Price wore pins that said “ICE out” on their outfits. Other celebrities, artists, and entertainers were also blunt in their criticisms of Trump’s ICE during their red carpet interviews. Kehlani, the singer who won Best R&B Performance and Best R&B Song for “Folded” at the event, said “f— ICE” during one of her acceptance speeches. The protests happened at a time when Trump’s immigration forces are facing significant criticism for their actions in Minneapolis and other cities across the country. Over the last month, Trump’s immigration forces killed two American citizens in Minneapolis and shot nearly ten other people during immigration operations.Fans of Trump’s MAGA movement reacted to the protests on social media. “Overpaid musicians and celebrities at the #GRAMMYs say ‘F— ICE,'” MAGA pundit Tomi Lahren posted on X. “Meanwhile, the hardworking men and women of ICE and border patrol (majority Hispanic) are out on the streets removing public safety threats and protecting communities. The audacity is astounding.””Wow, how bold and brave,” Collin Rugg, co-owner of Trending Politics, posted on X. “The industry signals politics first, fans last, and acts shocked when people are fed up,” Derrick Evans, a former lawmaker in West Virginia, posted on X. “I hate celebrities,” MAGA media account RedWave Press posted on X. “Pathetic,” political operative Steve Guest posted on X.
