Three interviews with a woman who accused Donald Trump of sexual assault appear to be missing from the latest Jeffrey Epstein files, it has been reported.
CNN found that serial numbers of 325 FBI witness interview records were in the evidence log, but more than 90 have been removed from the file database.
The woman in those interviews said she had been repeatedly abused by Epstein when she was just 13, and accused Trump of sexual assault.
Representative Robert Garcia, on the House Oversight Committee, said of the omitted documents: ‘We have a survivor who made serious allegations against the president.
‘But there’s a series of documents, and it would appear to be possible interviews, that the FBI conducted with the survivor that are actually missing, that we don’t have access to.’
Despite the missing documents, the Department of Justice said they had not deleted anything and said documents not included in the release were ‘duplicates’ or part of ongoing investigations.

The White House has said any claims made in the files about Trump are ‘unfounded and false’. Appearing in the documents does not imply wrongdoing.
Amid other documents released by the DOJ, another complaint to the FBI read: ‘[Redacted] reported an unidentified female friend who was forced to perform oral sex on President Trump 35 years ago in New Jersey.
‘The friend told Alexis that she was approximately 13-14 years old when this occurred, and the friend allegedly bit President Trump while performing oral sex.
‘The friend was allegedly hit in the face after she laughed about biting President Trump. The friend said she was also abused by Epstein.’

That complaint was included in an email exchange dated August 2025 about tips submitted to the FBI’s hotline, the National Threat Operations Centre.
It did not say whether the interview with the ‘friend’ took place, nor did it offer indications of the credibility of the tip.
Other complaints submitted to the hotline are detailed in the file, some of which were dismissed as not credible.
Trump has denied any wrongdoing in connection with Epstein. He has not commented on the allegations revealed this evening.
