A drug dealer caught with £10,000 of cannabis in a Spider-Man rucksack, his half brother “Billy the Kid” and a dad who brawled with a neighbour before his teenage son stabbed him in the chest were among the Merseyside criminals jailed over the past week.
Also locked up was a thug who burst into the home of his ex-girlfriend’s new partner with a knife and told him: “That’s my bird, no one else’s”. Meanwhile, Liverpool Crown Court heard that a drugs gang led by a man nicknamed “the big fella” offered a special discount on drugs to celebrate LFC star Luis Diaz’s dad being released following his kidnapping by guerrilla fighters.
One of Rikki Berry’s killers was also found guilty of murder and handed a life sentence after the dad was shot dead outside his girlfriend’s home. Here are the faces of 24 defendants from our region who were imprisoned over the last seven days.
