Donald Trump seems to be preoccupied with thoughts of himself having a place in heaven.
The US president rarely lets his insecurities slip in public, but one thing he seems unsure about is whether or not he will make it to heaven.
Last August, the 79-year-old joked about it amid the serious peace talks between Russia and Ukraine, saying if he can ‘save 7,000 people a week from being killed’ he might get to heaven.
However, the POTUS said he has been told ‘I’m not doing very well’ and that he is ‘at the bottom of the totem pole.’

Now he appears even more certain of what will happen to him after his death, although he insisted he likes to ‘joke’ and be ‘sarcastic’ about the topic.
Speaking in Rome, Georgia, Trump said: ‘I don’t think I will make it to heaven.
‘I’m not worthy of heaven. I’m not going to make it. I hope to make it, but I doubt I will, to be honest with you. A lot of you will, [but] I’m not so sure.’
Meanwhile, concern is growing over the rising tensions between the US and Iran following Trump’s mounting threats that he is considering military action against the regime.
Trump was asked about what his plans are with regards to Iran at a breakfast with governors today.
When asked whether he would resort to a limited strike to pressure Iran to accept a deal on its nuclear programme, Trump said: ‘I guess I can say, I am considering it.’
The reporter who asked the question is thought to have been escorted out after and the segment appears to have been cut off from the official White House video feed.
Trump’s plans to issue sweeping tariffs around the world were struck down today, a major blow to his economic plans.
A decision from the US Supreme Court has put a spanner in the works of the president’s economic agenda after it ruled that it was unconstitutional for Trump to unilaterally set and change tariffs under emergency powers.
