One former employee of President Donald Trump’s golf club in Bedminster, New Jersey — who voted for him in 2024 — is accusing the president’s managerial staff of inappropriate and predatory behavior toward female workers. The Daily Beast reported Monday that Maria Hadley – who was on the events team and banquet staff at the Trump National Golf Club — is accusing both President Trump and his son, Eric, of fostering a culture of sexual harassment at the Bedminster club. According to Hadley, male staffers allegedly made constant inappropriate comments about female coworkers and guests, and retaliated against anyone who spoke out.Hadley said in a complaint filed in New Jersey court on Monday that she was forced to wear a tight shirt and skirt that were several sizes too small. When she told club manager Patricio Neira (also named as a defendant alongside Donald and Eric Trump) that he had given her a child-size uniform, he allegedly told her: “If they don’t fit, you don’t work.” She called it “humiliating” to have to work in revealing clothing, and had to ask a coworker to switch uniforms with her. The former Bedminster employee also alleged that male staffers at the club sometimes referred to teenage guests as “sexy,” and one bartender reportedly made “sexual comments about 12-year-old guests with braces.” Hadley also said that male higher-ups at Bedminster repeatedly tried to ply underage workers with alcohol, and that a bartender routinely served alcohol to minors.”I did not want the President that I believe in and voted for each time he ran to be shown in a bad light or lose face. I did what I thought was right,” Hadley wrote in a text message to Eric Trump, which he did not answer. “I am absolutely incensed.”Hadley’s lawsuit comes less than a month after another separate complaint filed in New Jersey about subpar conditions and unprofessional behavior at Trump’s Bedminster club. Like Hadley, former clubhouse manager Justine Sacks accused both Donald and Eric Trump of creating an unsafe environment for female employees. She also said the kitchen’s soft-serve ice cream machine was infested with “maggots and mold.”Click here to read the Beast’s report in its entirety (subscription required).
