Epstein survivor hits back as DOJ ‘completely redacts’ key details needed for prosecutions

The DOJ recently released millions more files related to the case against deceased child sex abuser Jeffrey Epstein, but one of his survivors said Saturday that the key info needed to prosecute anyone in Epstein’s orbit was suspiciously blacked out and “completely redacted.”Public speaker, trauma educator and Epstein survivor Jess Michaels appeared on MS NOW over the weekend, where she was asked the about the recent file dump and a DOJ vow that there won’t be anything found within the release to actually help anyone to be held accountable.Michaels agreed with that assessment from the Trump administration, holding up a piece of completely redacted paper and noting that it will indeed be impossible to prosecute anyone without any content.”He said, ‘We’re not going to see this list of names within the files.’ And, and if we were to think about it, the place that we would see if there were names, the place that we would see them would be in victim statements. Right. Those 302s that many of us have been waiting to see. Well, I printed up this one. This is a 302. And that survivor’s name is redacted. But of the seven pages of that survivor’s statement, four of them look like this. So he is actually telling the truth. If we’re looking for names in this group of files, of course, we’re not going to see them because this is what we’re getting.”
