Police are appealing for information to help locate the teenager

A 15-year-old girl has been reported missing with police launching a public appeal in the hope of her safe return.

The teenager was last seen in the Aintree area on Wednesday evening, January 14.

Lacey-Lou Thompson was most recently spotted near Aintree Hospital at around 8.30pm. The police have launched an appeal in order to find the 15-year-old as they are concerned for her safety.

Lacey-Lou is described as being around 5 foot tall and was last seen wearing black leggings, a black Canada Goose body warmer, a black fur coat, black trainers and white socks. The teenager has links to the city centre, specifically the Albert Dock, as well as Crosby and the Seeds Lane are of Fazakerley, according to Merseyside Police.

Police urge that if you see Lacey-Lou to call 999. A statement from the force said: “Lacey-Lou Thompson, 15, was last seen at around 8.30pm this evening (Wednesday 14 January) near Aintree Hospital and enquiries are ongoing to find her.

“She is described as being around 5ft tall and was last seen wearing black leggings, a black Canada Goose body warmer, a black fur coat, black trainers and white socks. Lacey-Lou has links to the city centre, specifically the Albert Dock, as well as Crosby and the Seeds Lane area of Fazakerley.

“If you see Lacey-Lou, please call 999 so we can make sure she’s safe.”
