A dad who stabbed his estranged wife to death in the shop where she worked, a lorry driver who crashed into an Uber and killed two Ryanair pilots and a fake doctor were among the Merseyside criminals jailed this week.
Also locked up was a convicted drug dealer who asked police: “Who do you think I am, Pablo Escobar?” Meanwhile, Liverpool Crown Court heard that a convicted rapist kicked a stranger in the head outside a bar, wrongly believing that his victim was also a rapist, and a dad hid in the loft when police caught him red handed inside a £600,000 cannabis farm.
