Lebanese sources have written off an Egyptian-backed initiative to disarm Hezbollah south of the Litani River. Pro-Hezbollah newspaper Al-Akhbar reported Israel remains prepared for a new offensive, with US officials warning of “large and harsh strikes” targeting precision missiles and drones if the terror group fails to comply by year’s end.
