US special envoy Steve Witkoff is set to meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Moscow for talks on ending Russia’s nearly four-year war in Ukraine. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, while on a diplomatic visit to Dublin, said he was expecting swift reports later in the day from the US envoys in Moscow.
