French-German teenage cyclist, Lennart Monterlos, detained in Iran

French-German cyclist, Lennart Monterlos, has been arrested in the Iran “for committing an offence”, foreign minister Abbas Araghchi told a French newspaper on Thursday. The 18-year-old had been missing in Iran since mid-June.
