The Indian government has vowed to bring those behind yesterday’s attack on tourists in Indian administered Kashmir to justice. A little known group claimed responsibility for killing 26 people in the attack. India indicated it holds Pakistan partially responsible – expelling diplomats and closing the main border crossing.
