Hungary says it will withdraw from International Criminal Court as Netanyahu visits

Benjamin Netanyahu — whom the ICC issued an arrest warrant for in November — has arrived in Hungary for a visit. While theoretically obliged to arrest anyone subject to a warrant from the court, Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán says the country will not respect the ruling.
