Japanese boxing star Naoya Inoue expressed confidence in extending his 10-bout knockout streak after arriving Wednesday in Los Angeles for his undisputed super bantamweight title defense against Ramon Cardenas.
After landing at Los Angeles International Airport in the morning, the 32-year-old went straight to a boxing gym in the city, where he faced off with his 29-year-old American opponent ahead of their May 4 encounter at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.
