Shohei Ohtani rejoined the Los Angeles Dodgers lineup Sunday after taking time off for the birth of his daughter, going 0-for-3 with a walk as his team held on for a 1-0 win against the Texas Rangers.
Los Angeles skipper Dave Roberts speculated that Ohtani may have been “overly aggressive” at the plate after two days off, but said he was expecting great things from the Japanese star after becoming a father.
