Trump’s Testing of America.” Now, during his second presidency, Trump is still bragging about his cognitive ability. But according to Daily Beast reporter Catherine Bouris, Trump cannot remember the details of a recent cognitive test.Trump had an annual physical on Friday, April 11, including a cognitive test.
