A 34-year-old man has been arrested
A man has been arrested after an elderly woman was allegedly followed home and robbed. It was reported that a woman in her 80s was followed home near Sefton Park, threatened and had her handbag stolen between 8-8.30pm on March 18.
Extensive CCTV and witness enquiries were conducted and a 34-year-old man from Aigburth was arrested on Sunday, March 30 on suspicion of robbery.
