A masked thief has been apprehended for stealing Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem’s Gucci handbag, containing cash, passport, and confidential documents, from a DC restaurant. The suspect, believed to be part of an East Coast gang specializing in high-end thefts, executed the crime while Noem dined with family, despite the presence of Secret Service agents.
