Fans raised their concerns about one thing in particular during the live episode on Tuesday. Last night, the remaining housemates chose who they felt should be next to leave the house and why they should leave.

Each contestant was granted two Easter Eggs, which they had to put in the basket of the person who they wanted to nominate. The segment was emotionally charged as contestants didn’t hold back about what they thought of their fellow housemates.

After a tense exchange, Angellica Bell, Chris Hughes, Ella Rae Wise and Patsy Palmer received the most nominations. A twist at the end saw Danny Beard also nominated.

Jojo Siwa selected a golden egg, which meant she could choose another person to be up for eviction. TOWIE star Ella stormed out of the room in tears after she received enough nominations to be up for the public vote.

AJ Odudu and and Will Best returned as hosts for the special episode on Tuesday. But as the camera switched to the live studio audience, viewers could hear them ‘booing’ Chris Hughes.

Taking to social media, one fan said: “Why are people chanting get Chris out and booing him, I’m so confused!!” More added to the conversation on X: “What has Chris actually done to be chanted at like that? Weird behaviour.”

Other viewers agreed that the behaviour was unusual, as Chris has been a fan-favourite to make it to the end of the series. One wrote: “Not the crowd chanting get Chris out!” while another said: “Chris doesn’t deserve those boos tbh.”

The former Love Island star has been under fire recently for his close relationship with JoJo Siwa while in the house. Daley Thompson left the house on Friday’s episode, as he followed Michael Fabricant and Trisha Goddard as the other stars to be evicted.

Daley appeared on This Morning as he opened up about JoJo and Chris’ bond behind the scenes. He said: “They’re the professionals within the group which is why they do all the strange things.”

When asked whether their connection was genuine, he said: “I don’t know if it’s genuine – I think it works for both of them.” Their relationship was described as purely platonic, as Daley said: “Their energies genuinely match.”

In a recent episode of the ITV show, fans saw the celebrities dressed up as cats. But it was Chris and JoJo who took the role-play game slightly too far, and decided to urinate in the cat litter as a joke. The Big Brother voice spoke to the two housemates: “Just a reminder that you can use human toilets.”

Viewers were shocked by their actions, one wrote: “She did not actually wee in the cat litter – tell me that didn’t happen! Vile.” Another wrote: “It’s gross and uncalled for.”

It wasn’t the first time Celebrity Big Brother had been slammed by fans for the behaviour in the house. Hollywood actor Mickey Rourke was axed from the show after a string of inappropriate comments.

Speaking on his exit, Mr Rourke said: “I blame myself, I know it was my bad. You know, I’ve got a short fuse and I know I upset a lot of people out there, you know. And I’m sorry for that.

“I’m actually ashamed of myself for getting that hot. I went over the line, you know, I did wrong. I guess, like they say, I’m a work in progress. I just wanna pack my bags and leave, you know. I wanted to leave yesterday actually but I wasn’t chosen.”
