Police in Scotland have arrested and charged a third teenager in connection with the death of 15-year-old Amen Teklay in Glasgow. The arrest of the 16-year-old boy follows the arrests of two other boys, 14 and 15, earlier this month. Amen, an Eritrean refugee who had recently been granted right to remain status by the Home Office, was found seriously injured on Clarendon Street in Glasgow at about 10.30pm on 5 March. Emergency services pronounced him dead at the scene and police launched a murder investigation shortly afterwards. At a vigil held in Glasgow for the schoolboy two days later
