Israel pounds south Lebanon after intercepting rockets, Hezbollah denies involvement

Israel bombarded Hezbollah targets in south Lebanon on Friday after intercepting a rocket fired from its northern neighbour, the Israeli military said, although the Iranian-backed militant group denied involvement in the incident.
