Following a year of firsts, including his maiden World Series title with the Los Angeles Dodgers, Shohei Ohtani has made back-to-back championships his biggest goal for 2025.
“One team wins the World Series every year, but only a limited number of teams have done it back-to-back, so it’s very hard to achieve,” the three-time major league MVP said in a recent online interview. “That’s what I want to do most.”
