Exiled Venezuelan opposition leader to visit US, speak with Biden

BUENOS AIRES, ARGENTINA —  Venezuelan opposition politician Edmundo Gonzalez Urrutia, who fled the country after a tumultuous election and subsequent police crackdown, said Saturday he plans to speak with U.S. President Joe Biden.
