Claudia Winkleman was flooded with support as she celebrated a special personal update. The presenter is currently thrilling fans in her role as a presenter of the hit BBC show, The Traitors .
It was another dramatic episode last as Scouse traitor, Minah Shannon came under some suspicion for the first time. However, the 29-year-old evaded being voted out at the roundtable as her fellow traitor, Linda Rands, was banished.
Claudia couldn’t wait for fans to see the episode, which started by showing the result of the Death Match between four Faithfuls at risk of elimination. It was eventually revealed that Fozia Fazil was the contestant to be eliminated in Wednesday’s programme.
It was a big day for Claudia away from the screen as she revealed she was celebrating her 53rd birthday. She shared a snap of the viral caricature cake from Kakes by Keith to mark the occasion.
She said: “53 today. Let’s celebrate with a little game of Deathmatch. We’re on at 9.” Liverpudlian Minah was one of the many people to take to comments to share a message of support as she said: “Happy Birthday Claudia!”
Claudia’s Strictly Come Dancing co-presenter, Tess Daly, also took to the comments as she said: “Happy birthday beautiful.” Claudia responded with a series of heart emojis.
Strictly head judge Shirley Ballas, who hails from Wallasey, said: “Happy happy birthday to a beautiful soul. I feel blessed to get to work with such a magnificent human being. Enjoy your day surrounded by those you love.”
DJ Nick Grimshaw said: “I jumped! Happy birthday you rule x” Davina McCall said: “Yessssssss CLAUDIA !!!! 53 , style icon, hilarious, sharp, and brilliant. Happy birthday.” Claudia responded: “Love you.”
Fans were wowed after the update as they said they didn’t realise Claudia was in her 50s as they heaped praise on the much loved TV presenter.Will said: “Happy Birthday Claudia, how are you 53???!!”
Suzanne commented: “You certainly don’t look 53!” Vanir said: “Lies your not 53 ” Dons took to the comments and posted:”Looking fabulous.”
Rose said: “Wow i didn’t realise you were 53! You don’t look a day over 50 Claudia!! Happy birthday beauty queen” Claudia will return to screens tonight for a new episode of The Traitors at 9pm on BBC One and iPlayer.
