Guatemalan forces arrive in Haiti to join multinational fight against armed gangs

A second contingent of 77 Guatemalans arrived in Haiti on Saturday, January 4, 2024, to join the Kenya-led Multinational Security Support mission to fight armed gangs. Guatemala had agreed to deploy 150 military police to help Haiti.
