‘Totally conflicted’: Trump rages against judge in criminal case ahead of his sentencing

Donald Trump on Sunday raged against the prosecutor and judge involved in the criminal case where the president-elect was convicted of dozens of felonies.

Trump over the weekend took to his own social media network, Truth Social, to voice his displeasure about the fact that Judge Juan Merchan ordered Trump’s felony sentencing to take place before he takes office as President of the U.S. Earlier in the day, a former prosecutor highlighted an “interesting footnote” in Merchan’s filing about the sentencing.

Without providing evidence, Trump then added, “Ultimately, the Biden/Harris DOJ forced Bragg to concoct anything to embarrass TRUMP.”

Virtually ever legal scholar and pundit says THERE IS NO (ZERO!) CASE AGAINST ME. The Judge fabricated the facts, and the law, no different than the other New York Judicial and Prosecutorial Witch Hunts.”

Trump added, “That’s why businesses are fleeing New York, taking with them millions of jobs, and BILLIONS OF DOLLARS IN TAXES. The legal system is broken, and businesses can’t take a chance in getting caught up in this quicksand. IT’S ALL RIGGED, in this case against a political opponent, ME!!!”
