US slaps new sanctions on Venezuelan officials as Maduro inaugurated

WASHINGTON/HOUSTON, TEXAS —  The United States imposed sanctions Friday on eight Venezuelan officials and increased to $25 million the reward it is offering for the arrest of President Nicolas Maduro.
