A police officer and a man are being treated for potentially life-threatening injuries after both were shot in an altercation in Brisbane’s south on Friday morning. Queensland police were called to reports of a disturbance at a house on Tamar Street, Annerley, about 9.13am, police said. The officer and man were shot and wounded in a physical altercation, police said. No charges have been laid. Neighbours said they heard shouting from the address from about 8.30am.
