The former CEO of Abercrombie & Fitch is mentally incompetent to stand trial for allegations he ran a sex-trafficking ring, argued his attorneys, according to The Daily Beast.According to newly unsealed court documents from Long Island “defense lawyers for Michael Jeffries, 80, said that a neuropsychologist concluded, following an examination, that he likely has dementia with behavioral disturbance, Alzheimer’s disease, and Lewy body dementia.
