Summary

Three Merseyside buildings won regional awards in the 2024 Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) North West awards.
The Shakespeare North Playhouse in Prescot was named the RIBA North West Building of the Year.
The Alder Centre at Alder Hey Children’s Hospital and Liverpool John Moores University’s Copperas Hill Student Life and Sports Building also received awards.
The North West winners will be considered for a RIBA National award and potentially the RIBA Stirling Prize.
