The War Between the Land and the Sea lands on BBC One tonight and is set to be an exciting new series. From the writer of the Doctor Who reboot, this five-part science-fiction miniseries is a spin-off of the iconic show.
It takes viewers through UNIT’s attempt to prevent a global war caused by the return of the Sea Devils. “The War Between the Land and the Sea” is created by Russell T Davies as part of the “Whoniverse” franchise and will air on BBC One and Disney+.
Teasing a synopsis for the show, the BBC said: “When a fearsome and ancient species emerges from the ocean, dramatically revealing themselves to humanity, an international crisis is triggered…”
