The final draw for FIFA World Cup 2026, which will feature 48 nations, was held at the Kennedy Centre in Washington DC on Friday.
The 48 teams were put into four pots of 12 each based on their world rankings.
Each team from a pot was drawn and put into Groups A to L. Two teams from the same confederation, except UEFA, were not pitted in the same group.
Defending champion Argentina was drawn into Group J where it will take on Algeria, Austria and Jordan.
Co-host Mexico will play the first match of the tournament against South Africa on June 11.

Messi and Ronaldo could have one last World Cup face-off, with a possibility of Argentina and Portugal meeting each other in the quarterfinal phase
