Controversial influencer Andrew Tate released from house arrest in Romania ahead of trial on rape and human trafficking charges.
Andrew and his brother Tristan, arrested in March and charged in June, maintain their innocence.
They can now move freely within Bucharest and the surrounding Ilfov district, where they reside.
However, they must comply with conditions, including reporting to the police as ordered and notifying them of any address changes.
Contact with co-accused, witnesses, alleged victims, and their families is prohibited.
A judge will monitor their compliance with these conditions for the next 60 days.
Andrew Tate expressed gratitude to the Romanian judicial system for the ruling and condemned the charges as baseless.
The indictment alleges the brothers and two female Romanian associates formed a criminal group for human trafficking in Romania and other countries, using false promises of love and marriage to recruit alleged victims.
